Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Regis Retail operated by Telluris Ltd T/A Regis Retail.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Telluris Ltd T/A Regis Retail, Access Storage, 160 Bromley Road, Catford, London, SE6 2NZ..
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Regis Retail, accessible from https://www.regisretail.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The company will also honor this after receipt of order 14 day cooling off period for any other country or region in the world.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  • By Requesting a Refund / Cancellation / Exchange in the My account area on each order or product within an order.
  • Or By email: hello@regisretail.com.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased and delivered in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase, either an invoice included with the order or an invoice in your my account area or received by you via  email.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of Goods which are financial services,
  • The supply of Goods which are  DVDs, CD’s or software which have been unsealed;
  • The supply of Goods which are magazines or news papers.

we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Regular priced Goods and Goods on sale may be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect please contact us or action an Exchange or Refund on the item in your My account order section.

We will provide shipping labels to send the item back to us.

All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges or send out a replacement at your discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Delivery Charges

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting
it back to us. We can provide you with Shipping labels, but the cost will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery with tracking as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Only if the Goods are faulty or incorrect will there be no cost for returning them to us. We will provide you with a shipping label in that case.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us or Action the exchange via your My Account order summary.

 on an order or specific product withing an order.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, the amount will be creditied to your My Account in your personal wallet to use on any other purchase.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Returning goods Bought As Special Offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 2 for £20.00’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases (“buy one, get one free” or “get the lowest priced item free”), you must return any free items or
vouchers back for us to process a refund. Refunds only apply to the total order, If the total order is not returned ”i.e. 3 for 2 promo” a partial refund will be issued subtracting the value of the promo item.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
