Payment Security

Payment security is very important at Regis Retail. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order.
The Regis Retail website uses 256bit SSL encryption to ensure your information is always kept safe.

Payment Methods

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo (UK). We also accept PayPal and soon Amazon Pay. If you pay by credit or debit card, you will be asked for the security number of the card. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. (EU customers) You may also be asked to verify your payment and identity by your bank/card issuer via a 2 step verification at checkout time. Payment is taken at the time of the transaction on all credit and debit card payments.

Currencies we accept

Currently, all transactions are processed in Pound Sterling, although in the future we aim to accept alternative currencies.

Gift Vouchers And Account Credit Wallet

Regis Retail Issues Gift Vouchers and credit in your my account wallet. Only voucher codes
issued by the website/customer services will work at checkout.

Payment Problems

Unfortunately, there are times when payments will not go through the system. Please ensure that all information has been entered correctly. We do apologise as this can be quite frustrating, and we are not always able to provide answers, as the card payment process involves the banks clearing systems. If you still experience problems try another payment card or contact your card issuer.
