Delivery Terms
Order Processing:
Free UK Delivery
Currently, we are offering delivery to the UK free of charge for all orders.
We use Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and UPS for Larger deliveries
UK Mainland:
Deliveries with Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) take between 1-3 working days from when the order’s processing is completed.
Deliveries with UPS take 1-3 working days from when the order is placed.
Please note, all orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-7 working days but are not at any extra cost.
Signature or confirmation of name is required upon receipt.
All orders received before 11am will be processed and dispatched the same working day.
Working days
A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
Delivery Areas in the UK
We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands, but currently we regret we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
International Delivery
Internation orders can take between one and 4 weeks depending on location.
Tracking your Delivery
You can track your order at any time by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the site, selecting order history and clicking on the appropriate order.
Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier’s website where you can find out the status of your order.
Your order’s tracking number will also be email to you when the order is shipped.
Please visit our courier’s website www.royalmail.com or ups.com where you can enter your tracking number to check the status of your order.
Problems with delivery
If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days (UPS). (Royal Mail will leave a card and keep the package at the local sorting office for collection)
To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.
If you have not received your parcel, but it is showing as delivered or have missing item/s within your order, we require that it is reported within 7 days of dispatch/delivery. Parcels or items reported missing after the seven-day time frame cannot be investigated due to the time-lapse.
Using a Different Delivery Address to that of your Billing Address on your Debit/Credit Card.
You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.
Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been placed. In order to amend the details, the order will need to be cancelled, then refunded and you will need to order the goods again.
Orders Requested to be Left in a Safe Place
Unfortunately, all orders must be signed for. We are not able to send shipments to be left in safe places.
Further Verification Requests
Occasionally, we will need to verify the details supplied by the customer when they place an order. This will often result in Regis Retail requesting additional information such as a copy of the bank statement of the card used for the transaction, a copy of the card used and ID of the customer. This will allow us to verify the card details for the customer and ensure we can process your order in a timely fashion.
All documentation requested by Regis Retail for such verification processes are treated with the strictest of confidence are only requested and used for the purposes of verification.
